An ingenious dish made up with mouth watering prime cuts, delicious buttery pastry, a sauce with substance & a warming winter veg, all matched well with extraordinarily good Monteith's Original Ale.

Trio of tasty wild Wellington's mixed with succulent Waimate wallaby, bush boar & high country venison, wrapped in pastry on a urenika bake with wild herb pesto & original jus.
